Controller
Personal data on this website are administered by the operator of labelnights.com. At contact@labelnights.com it receives questions about processing as well as requests by which you exercise your rights.
Extent of Processing
The website processes only the data indispensable for its operation, security and analytics, and for replying to e-mail:
- technical access data such as the IP address, time, the URL visited, device, browser and operating system,
- cookies, according to the rules set out in the cookie part,
- the content of messages sent to contact@labelnights.com: the sender's address, the text and an attached signature.
Outside the scope of processing remain data on gambling, on identity verification and on payments, and also data of Betor players.
Purposes, Legal Titles and Periods
Processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data; for cookies, additionally by § 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications.
Operating and securing the website rests on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The website stores such data for 12 months at the most, or for a period set by technical possibilities.
Analytics and marketing cookies need consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and remain stored until it is revoked or according to the browser setup.
Replies to e-mails: the title is performance of a contract, or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The website holds the data until the matter is settled, though 6 months at most.
Recipients and Transfers Outside the EU
Only recipients required for running the website and its analytics have access to data: hosting and CDN providers (operation, availability and security) and web analytics providers (visitor statistics for optimising the website). The website lists them by name only where they are publicly identifiable within it. Unverified parties and third parties lacking a legal reason receive no data.
Should the website use an analytics service of a provider seated outside the EU and the EEA, the transfer to a third country leans on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR, which secure appropriate protection. Absent such a service, no transfer happens.
Your Rights and Time Limits
Under the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. you may:
- ask for information on what data the website processes about you (access, Art. 15),
- get inaccurate data put right (Art. 16),
- invoke the “right to be forgotten” and ask for erasure on the conditions laid down in Art. 17,
- ask for processing to be restricted (Art. 18),
- invoke portability for automated processing that is founded on consent or a contract (Art. 20),
- raise an objection to processing founded on legitimate interest (Art. 21),
- revoke consent if it is the legal basis; processing up to then stays lawful.
Send requests to contact@labelnights.com. The controller will respond without unnecessary delay, within 30 days of delivery at the latest. For complex or numerous requests it may lengthen the period by another two months and will notify you of that.
Complaint
If you believe the processing breaches the rules, turn to the supervisory office. That is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ), seated at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7; more at www.uoou.cz.
Security
Communication between the browser and the server is shielded by HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access to the data is handled through technical and organisational measures in keeping with the state of the art, and the controller reviews its security settings regularly so that the risk of unauthorised access and misuse stays low.
Cookies and Local Storage
Cookies are tiny text files saved on a visitor's device. The website uses them to function properly, to analyse traffic and in some cases to personalise content or adverts.
Kinds of cookies
- necessary: provide the basic functions and, under § 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., need no consent,
- analytics: anonymised statistics on use of the website, only with consent,
- marketing: personalised advertising and tracking of behaviour on different websites, only with consent.
Consent and how it is kept
Google Analytics works in Consent Mode, so analytics storage is denied before consent is granted. The website stores the choice in the ck-consent item in the browser's local storage, i.e. outside cookies, and how long it remains there depends on the browser's configuration.
Browser settings
Safari: Preferences and further Privacy and Manage Website Data. Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions, Cookies and site data. Firefox: Options, Privacy & Security, Cookies and Site Data. Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Cookies and other site data. Each browser's help describes blocking cookies.
Changes to the Principles
The principles may change over time, typically because of new or amended legislation or a different way of processing data on the website. The controller informs about a significant change on the website, so read the valid wording every so often.
