Scope and Definitions
These conditions concern every visitor to labelnights.com and set out how they stand towards the website operator (contact: contact@labelnights.com).
Website: the pages reachable at labelnights.com; an independent information project on the Betor brand and a partner website at the same time.
User: an individual or a legal entity that visits the website or makes other use of its content.
Partner link: a link to the website of a gambling operator or its business partner; a click may yield a commission for the website operator.
The Website's Role and the Gambling Operator's Role
The website brings overviews, reviews and news about online gambling and deals mainly with Betor. It is created independently and its information is indicative.
Under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, as amended, the website operator provides no gambling. Registration, deposits, play and identity checks happen elsewhere, with the gambling operator TRELANGEN a.s., IČO 05528224, Riegrova 373/6, 779 00 Olomouc, whose rules are binding. Its licence from the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic can be found in the MF ČR list of licensed operators.
Content, Marks and Links

Texts, graphics, the structure, databases and source code are subject to protection under Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, as amended. They may be used freely only for personal needs; spreading, copying, modifying and every other use need prior consent in writing.
Trademarks
The Betor marks belong to their holder. The website operator has no rights in them and mentions them only to describe the brand and products; no relationship with the holder of the marks arises.
Partner links
A link to the pages of a gambling operator or its business partners can bring the website operator a commission. Users pay nothing extra, and the content, ordering and ratings stay independent of the links. We provide this information under Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.
What the Website Does Not Answer For
The website operator takes reasonable care that the information is correct and current, but it does not answer for:
- all data being up to date, complete and flawless at all times,
- the content and availability of linked third-party pages,
- the gambling operator's offers and conditions, as it is no party to the relationship between that operator and the user,
- harm or loss arising from the use of third-party information or services.
Information on the website is not legal, financial, tax or other specialist advice. Users verify it in official sources before deciding, primarily with the gambling operator.
Age 18+ and Personal Data
The website is for persons older than 18 years. By using it, the user confirms meeting that condition, and younger people are forbidden to use it. Gambling is regulated by Act No. 186/2016 Coll.: “The Ministry of Finance warns: Participation in gambling may lead to addiction.” 18+
The website processes personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data and other rules. The details, cookies under § 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. among them, are given in the personal data protection principles.
Governing Law and Disputes
Use of the website is subject to Czech law, chiefly the Civil Code and the rules that follow from it, and any dispute goes to the general court of the website operator in the Czech Republic.
For out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes there is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2) with its site www.adr.coi.cz. Information on resolving disputes online is issued by the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes to the Conditions and Final Word
The website operator reserves the right to change or supplement the conditions unilaterally at any time. A new wording applies from publication, and the user is bound by the one published when the website is being used; it is therefore worth checking it regularly.
The conditions take effect on the day of publication. If one provision is invalid or ineffective, the others are not affected, and whatever the conditions leave open is governed by the valid law of the Czech Republic. Questions go to contact@labelnights.com.
